Head of the region noted that on that day there was a significant event for the region. “Although the new air-terminal complex Kurumoch has been operating for the arrival and departure of the passengers during a month, today was its official opening. During that month there were a lot of reviews about the new terminal in mass-media, blogosphere and social networks, and it is really important for us that all reviews were positive”, - said the Governor.

The head of the region expressed the confidence that the opening of the new terminal would give a lot of opportunities not only for the Samara region, but also for the Orenburg region and Ulyanovsk. He expressed gratitude to the strategic investor of airport modernization - the group of companies “Revova” represented by the holding “Aeroporty regionov”. “Not many people believed that it would be possible to implement this project so quickly”, - noted the Governor.

In December, 2011 the strategic investor for the further development of Kurumoch airport was chosen, it was the holding “Aeroporty Regionov”.
