In accordance with Labor Code of the Russian Federation, Federal law No.152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On personal data” I hereby willingly and voluntarily give my consent for “Samara Region Development Corporation” OJSC, registered at 210, Molodogvardeyskaya st., Samara 443006, for employment purposes to process, including collection (directly from employee, the third parties by sending requests to governmental authorities, local self-governing authorities and from other public information resources, archives), recording, filing, accumulation, storing, clarifying (upgrading, modifying), extracting, using, transmission (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deleting and destroying of my personal data, including personal information given in application form and attached CV.
Processing of personal data is carried out by means of automated facilities, including information and telecommunication networks, and also without using of them.
The Consent shall come into force on the day of its signing (and equally on the day of sending CV to “Samara Region Development Corporation” OJSC) and shall be valid till the day of its revocation made in written.
