Samara Region Development Corporation took part in the International Real Estate Investment Forum PROESTATE 2016

During the 14-17 of September, 2016 Moscow hosted the International Real Estate Investment Forum PROESTATE 2016 that is the area for a meeting of the main Russian real estate market players. As a part of the business program there were visited forum’s exposition, were contacted the companies involved in the design and redevelopment of the industrial buildings and constructions, and were taken an active part in the discussions: "Developers Strategies: market benchmarks", "Commercial real estate: the stability of various formats", "Management of office real estate: searching of a better life", "Russian Regions: benchmarks for the investor". Besides, the delegates attended the press conferences with the representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation, the Russian Guild of Property Managers and Developers (GMD), Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending (AHML) and others.
