According to decision of the Board of Directors of OJSC "Corporation of the Samara Region" Soyfer Maksim Viktorovich was appointed as a general director of Corporation.

Curriculum Vitae:

In 1993 he graduated from the Samara State Aerospace University with a degree in Automated Control Systems.

In 1995 he received an MBA degree of Bradley University (USA).

Since September of 2008 - General Director of OJSC "Samaraenergo".

Since April of 2013 - Chairman of the Board of Directors of CJSC AKB "GAZBANK".

Since August of 2017 - Deputy First Vice-Rector - Vice-Rector for Science and Economic Development of Non-state higher educational institution "International Market Institute".

Since the 23rd of January, 2018 - General Director of OJSC "Corporation of the Samara Region".
