Samara Region Development Corporation took part in Innoprom 2016

On the 13th of July, 2016 General Director of OJSC "Samara Region Development Corporation" A.V. Novikov took part in Innoprom 2016. Within the industrial exhibition there were discussed the results of the activities’ research of investment regional agencies and development corporations for 2015. A research was prepared by the Development Corporation of Middle Ural (member of NAAIR), G1 Consulting company with the support of non-commercial organization "National Association of Investment and Development Agency" (NAAIR) and ANO "Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects" (ASI).
During the discussion, the representatives of the regional investment agencies and development corporations shared experiences of their organizations and discussed possible ways to increase the efficiency of cooperation with investors and attract investments to the constituent territories of the Russian Federation. There were discussed the opportunities for improvement of the implementation procedures of regional PPP projects, the issues of expedience of a separate law regulating the activities of the regional development institutions, as well as possibilities of regional development institutions empowering with "one-stop" services for investors.
As a result of the event the participants agreed to prepare and submit their comments and suggestions of this research to NAAIR, as well as the list of themes and questions for its consideration during the next meeting of the working group of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation on increase the efficiency of the regional investment promotion agencies, which is scheduled to take place during the International investment forum "Sochi-2016".
"Innoprom" - one of the largest industrial exhibition in Russia, which is held in Yekaterinburg since 2010. It is dedicated to high-tech achievements and projects of Russian and foreign companies of various spheres.
