Amendments to design documentation on reconstruction and modernization of Kurumoch International Airport are approved

Federal State Unitary Enterprise “State Design Survey and Scientific Research Institute of Civil Aviation “Aeeroproject” obtained a positive conclusion of state expert review on making amendments to design documentation on reconstruction and modernization of Kurumoch International Airport in Samara. The project was designed under the Subprogram “Civil aviation” of Federal special-purpose program “Development of transportation system of Russia (2010-2020 years)”, the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation “On transport strategy of the Russian Federation” and other regulatory acts.

Amendments to the designed documentation were made due to the change in location of new air-terminal complex and cargo terminal in Kurumoch airport.

During making the amendments to the designed documentation, specialists of “Aeroproject” changed the master layout of the airfield, designed solutions of airfield pavements of the east ramp, taxiway No. 11, technical maintenance of aircrafts at the ramp, lightning facilities, location of master and start rescue stations, patrol road etc.

Construction of the new air-terminal complex and cargo terminal of Kurumoch International Airport is carried out under the investment agreement concluded between “Samara Region Development Corporation” OJSC and “Kurumoch-Invest” CJSC.
